One of the biggest events you can experience in a BR game is unlocking a new map. As part of the 5th-anniversary celebration, a new map named Nexterra has just been unlocked in Free Fire. Players can currently explore the new battleground and pick up some rank points by playing in both ranked and unranked modes of it.

1. Deca Square
Because there is a lot of loot in the available main buildings, Deca Square is a genuinely appealing place to land. Players who arrive at that time should be able to obtain plenty of equipment for the game's later phases.
Pink flower fields encircle the entire area, providing a good number of covers. Players should be able to camp out for enemies pretty simply from Deca Square's main building once they have obtained their weapons. Finally, the area is sufficiently well connected to other places on the map to enable players to rotate as needed.
2. Museum
The second-largest building on the map, The Museum, is where players can locate high-category loot. However, due to the area's extreme confinement and plenty of hiding places, players must be ready for close-range fights if they land here.
Fighting can be difficult and time-consuming because of the stairs, floors, and platforms, especially when the enemies are occupying high ground. If this does occur, it is better to escape than to keep fighting. Its location on the northwest side of the map, somewhat apart from the other Nexterra features, isn't the best for the Museum. This location's exceptional drop quality is the only factor that propels it to the top of the list.
3. Mud Site
One of the most underrated locations on the Nexterra map is Mud Site. It has a surprising amount of loot and many little buildings. Mud Site features more cover and hiding places than Mortar Ruins and Rust Town, allowing players to compete even if they land more slowly.
The remaining eastern zones are difficult to navigate because they are bordered by flat areas. Checking out Mud Site is essential if the plane's route goes across the eastern half of the map.
Rotating away from Mud Site is rather simple because there are lots of covers on the south side of Deca Square, which players may use.
4. Plazaria
On Nexterra, Plazaria is a sizable food vendor. It is a massive complex with three interconnected buildings that contains best weapons and equipment. However, as reliable coverings are not very prevalent, combat here could be quite challenging.
Players should be ready for combat when landing in Plazaria because of the high grade of loot dropped there.
5. Intellect Center
The Intellect Center, which is situated in a remote area on the north side of the map, is said to be the center of the island of Nexterra. Three bridges connect it to the mainland. The setting is yet another sleek building with high-quality goodies.
The Intellect Center draws a lot of players because of its fairly intricate design and abundance of prizes. Anyone who lands here could have to engage in combat right away. Players might need to pillage and clear out the island's few buildings as quickly as they can because there aren't many of them.
